We are about helping others and are focused on assisting every client to feel welcome, heard, validated, and safe. Our grounded practices are open and creative approach helping to support a reflective process of what’s not working in a persons life and where there may be ‘stuckness’.

My role as a therapist is to help you see your situation more clearly.

  • Couple, Individual & family sessions are approximately 50- 60 minutes, or two hours, which can be booked online through the Book an Appointment link or directly with me.
  • We have immediate availability
  • We are a Victim Services and First Responder practitioner, Trauma Informed Certified for symptoms consistent with complex PTSD, BPD, DID, ADHD and processing for acute trauma events.
  • Neurodiversity-Affirming and Open and Polyamorous relationship support
  • No referrals are necessary and private health rebates are available
  • The clinic is open weekdays, evenings and weekends to accomodate different time zones
  • Rescheduling/cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full consultation fee (strictly enforced).

Online Vsee sessions

We have operated online sessions for 14 years and for your convenience we use the secure platform – VSee. Both online and telephone are the same price. Online sessions are also great for Couple Therapy and emotional brain processing and useful for trauma informed care for many positive reasons.

Telephone sessions

Telephone sessions are highly effective and we receive positive feedback due to the convenience. It is also suitable for those in rural or remote locations in Australia and internationally. You can remain in your own environment and find a place that is comfortable for you.

Depth Enquiry (emotional processing supporting your brain to integrate and attach)

Depth Enquiry is suitable for complex trauma and single incidents to promote groundedness and emotional stability following critical incidents. This process also supports longer term emotional instability, including phobias, negative thought patterns, helping you to articulate your experiences, working through unresolved issues, process grief, helps anxiety and depression and assist your brain move towards more healthy functioning and more ! This technique is gentle (suitable for online tele-health sessions) and usually takes about 7 sessions. Speeds up talking therapy and is very popular !

Face to Face sessions

We are a popular online and phone service, so currently sessions will be ongoing by telehealth until further notice. This format has provided many more people flexibility to be able to continue sessions when travelling, or on holiday as an outreach service to people all over Australia, which is important to us. Sessions are confidential and you can be in the comfort of your own home or place that works for you.

Workers Compensation Provider

We have SIRA Workers Compensation approval to treat workers in the NSW Workers Compensation System, SA & QLD and this is assessed on application.

Complex Trauma

Whether a single incident or complex trauma, a safe space and relational therapy, somatic and mindful techniques can be beneficial. Survivors of complex trauma do not start with an advantage of sense of safety and wellbeing, therapy may help reduce isolation, shame and related cognitive distortions.
