All sessions are online or by phone (tele-health). No referral is required, and some private refund rebates are available.
We are an approved Victims Services provider, a registered WorkCover and NDIS provider, a verified counsellor with Psychology Today, and proudly PACFA Registered Clinical Psychotherapist and Mental Health Practitioner.
Sessions are approx 50-60 minutes and rescheduling/cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full consultation fee (strictly enforced).
Our website privacy policy is to keep only basic information about you (name, phone number, email and reason for your visit) for the purposes of simply contacting you back to book an appointment. Share only what you are comfortable with, just a few words or a sentence is fine.
Note: introductory calls are administrative only and do not include assessment or therapeutic input. Also, fees are charged if you require assistance outside of session times (paperwork etc).
