Sally Walsh our principal (Masters) is a Registered Clinical Psychotherapist and a PACFA registered Mental Health Practitioner. She has a Masters degree in Psychotherapy & Counselling (modality Gestalt Therapy) in Private Practice, working with adolescents and adults.
With a commitment to holistic, non-invasive healing, she tailors each approach to the goals and needs of the individual client, drawing on her diverse knowledge of modalities such as; Gestalt Therapy, Depth Enquiry (EMDR equivalent) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) – grounded by Trauma Informed and Relational Models.
Sally has consulted with EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) for 10 years, corporate health and well-being coaching organisations, and was a board member and volunteer for not-for-profit organisations and a Lifeline Telephone Counsellor. She is also an authorised WorkCover provider for NSW, QLD, SA and works with funded NDIS clients.
Sally brings a humanistic and holistic approach – somatic, phenomenology and existential in the here & now. Her limitless energy and relational based style is warm and conversational, helping people to increase self-awareness and become free from patterns of ‘fixed’ behaviours, that can limit a sense of resolve and an ability to grow and change.
She comes from a family line of counsellors and psychotherapists and is passionate about supporting others. Her own sense of growth and development opened her mind to connecting studies about the body, mind and spirituality. She utilises her own sense of well being to be present to support others to grow and live more fulfilling lives.
