Professional Excellence and Authentic Care

Mental health Psychological Support – Australia wide

Help is at hand

If you are going through a difficult time it can help to talk to someone. Whether you are dealing with issues of anxiety, isolation or are seeking practical support.  Or for issues of addiction, depression, borderline personality disorder, OCD, neuro-diversity, eating disorders, grief, complex trauma, perinatal or relationship difficulties, including your sexual concerns, or are wanting to develop self-esteem, resilience and feel more in control, it can be both cathartic and healing to talk with someone in a therapeutic relationship characterised by empathy, genuineness and unconditional regard.

I am a Victim Services practitioner, Trauma Informed Certified and Neurodiversity-Affirming.

I integrate some latest research tools, which are well tested and are from evidence based models . I specialise in BPD and DID. Presentations such as borderline personality disorder, substance misuse disorders, binge eating, ADHD, and bipolar can be characterised by emotion dysregulation or not feeling in control. I also work with sexual health and porn addiction.

My approach is different from other well known treatments, which is beneficial for stabilisation, addressing the affects of a lifetime of trauma, which I believe is important work.

Professional Counselling & Psychotherapy for Real Change

Our counselling and psychotherapy services offer a safe, supportive space to work through trauma, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges.

Grounded in internationally recognised, evidence-based approaches, we draw on the latest research in neuroscience, attachment, and trauma recovery to help you achieve genuine, lasting change — not just symptom relief.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, helping you calm the nervous system, make sense of difficult experiences, and strengthen emotional resilience. Discover how evidence-based, compassionate therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.
